Huf Construction provides licensed roofing and construction services to residential and commercial customers in Waxahachie and the DFW area, the Permian Basin, the Rio Grande Valley, and the surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and the discretion of Huf and its technicians. Estimates provided over the phone, online, or in person are non-binding until confirmed in writing or by signed work order.Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use the Service or engage us for products or services.By accessing or using the Service, or by requesting or accepting products or services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.We may engage authorized third-party vendors to provide certain functions on our behalf, including marketing, scheduling, call center, payment processing, and communications services.
2. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is as posted on our Service, presented at the time of order or service, or set forth in a separate written agreement.Final pricing is determined by the actual product or scope of work delivered.Payment is due at the time and in the manner stated in our pricing, point of sale, or written agreement.Huf accepts payment by approved methods as posted at the time of order or service. Customers are responsible for any returned-check, chargeback, or collection fees associated with non-payment.
3. Warranties and Guarantees
Huf stands behind its products and services as described in any applicable warranty, guarantee, or return policy posted on our Service. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are passed through to the customer and are governed by the manufacturer’s terms. Except as expressly set forth in writing, Huf makes no other warranties, express or implied.

By providing your mobile phone number to Huf through a service request, contact form, phone conversation, point of sale, or signed acknowledgment, and by affirmatively consenting to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS messages from us and our authorized vendors.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You may receive multiple messages per day during active service periods.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Huf is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation, and no further messages will be sent. You may opt back in by replying START.

Supported Carriers
Compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and Virgin Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy

5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Huf Construction and its licensors. The Huf name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Huf Construction and may not be used without prior written permission.

Huf has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
